About Cutting Edge Construction
Over 30 years of experience delivering quality craftsmanship across the North West.
Our Story
Cutting Edge Construction was founded on a simple belief — that every homeowner deserves honest, skilled tradespeople who take real pride in their work. What started as a small team of dedicated builders has grown into one of the North West's most trusted residential construction companies.
Over three decades, we've built and renovated hundreds of homes across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and beyond. From single-storey extensions to full new builds, our reputation has been built on quality workmanship, clear communication, and projects delivered on time.
